Why would people want a respec now ( now, as in the next update ) when the new changes haven't been put in place or seen in public. A better option would be to wait for it. I say this because these changes are going to happen no matter what, but wouldn't it be better to see how these changes actually affect game play, then receive a respec. If the community was to receive a respec there is a high likely hood that sp would be put into items on drop-suits or vehicles that haven't been proven efficient in the game. Sp could be wasted because of speculation and hype. It would make more sense to wait for a respec until we have seen what the large changes to the game have actually done.

This is a dumb conversation. Get a respec. Let dumb people like you skill into stuff and find out what works. Skill into that. Simple.
Dumb? why are you calling me dumb? I am asking a new question about respecs that I haven't seen before. I have worked out my skills continually and customized to my liking. Personally I would rather have a respec that came out a few weeks after the next big update. In my opinion I hate the idea of respecs. Its like giving a dollar to a beggar in a third world country. When they see you leave your hotel they are gonna ask you for another dollar.

This does make sense, but I see that it would be better community as a whole to have a respec for the community at a later date. I say this because it will prevent people from skillinginto the FotB and having their stuff nerfed because to many people are using it. With a respec happening sometime after the next patch it will prevent the nerf-bat from affecting so many people.
Now the one problem that may occur is that there is no change because when ever a respec occurs, balancing issues tend to happen.

Do you believe a optional respec would be better for the community? Like you only have 2 through out your whole dust career on one psn acc. Thinking about it now. I actually don't need a respec, and I kinda don't want to set all of my skills again, but if one was to have a certain number of optional respecs then would that fix your problem.
The problem I see with instant respecs is that they can create balancing issues right out of the new patch release.
